Refunds & Replacements Policy

All products (i.e. Artwork, Books, CD’s, etc) once payment has been received are shipped with tracking ID to ensure a safe, secure and timely delivery of such goods and as such are not entitled to any refunds or replacements whatsoever. However in the interest of customer satisfaction we will review any issues deemed legitimate for consideration and if determined to be valid, any such refunds, replacements or parts thereof will be at our discretion. Once payment has been received if the customer cancels the order before shipping they will be entitled to a full refund less any and all fees whatsoever incurred such as financial transaction fees charged through any third parties.

All services (i.e. Life Transformation Sessions, Readings, Packages, Courses, Workshops, Mentoring etc) delivered online, by phone or in person are “Non-Refundable” as we only want seriously committed people.
